In Future iPhone May Be Powered By Hydrogen Fuel Cells

Do you own a Apple device, and facing a problem of battery backup.?? So don't be said any more, sometime in the future, the Apple devices like iPhone, iPad, Mac book will work for a longer than ever and on a smaller and lighter battery pack.Thinking How's it Possible.?? Ok Let me tell you it happens with Hydrogen Fuel batteries which converts Hydrogen and Oxygen into Heat, Water and electricity.

The US Trademark and patient office has recently published two Apple's patient applications on their web blog detailing on how the Smartphone's, laptops and other small devices get power from fuel cells in near future.

By the way Hydrogen fuel cells aren't new technology for us, for example: this Hydrogen fuel cells technology is used to power Honda cars, but these cells come up with their own problems such as context of laptops and smartphone's."The tech guru's said that it is such a challenging to make a portable hydrogen fuel cell which is cost effective and able to power such small electronic devices like Smartphone's" admits apple.

But it look's like that Apple have a solution for it, in its one patient application they describes a "fuel cell system which is capable for both providing power to and receiving the power from a rechargeable battery in a portable computing device.If Apple get success in designing these type of Fuel cells then these cells eliminates the need of bulky and heavy batteries, which can significantly reduces the size, weight and cost of the fuel cell system.

Now the biggest question is, How long these fuel cells could power a smartphone or laptops? So the Apple says in its patient "the answer is Days or even weeks without refueling the cells".It's all looks like a dream for those who having a modern smartphone, which barely last a day of heavy use.

Now we'll have to probably wait for a while until the fuel cells power iPhone and Laptops and hits the market, but a big breakthrough in battery technology is something we have been waiting for a long time, but it might change the face of the market forever towards battery technology.
