How To Sign-in once To your All Gmail Account

Lets think that you have 4 Gmail accounts and from those 4 accounts one is your personal mailbox which is very important and you want to check it daily. And other three aren't so important. So that main account is your primary account and all others are secondary.

It will be nice if we got a feature through which we can log-in to our primary Gmail account and we automatically get Logged-in in our all other 3 mailboxes without having any log-in credentials of those Gmail accounts. This trick is really simple and you like it.

Google offers a useful feature in their Gmail accounts named Email delegation, where you able to share your inbox with other people whom you want (say your spouse) without revealing your id and passwords. When you delegate your Gmail account to other, they get instant access on your Gmail account for read-write emails. And after that when they loh-in to their Gmail account they automatically logged-in in your Gmail account also.

Same as above if you apply this email delegation facility to your own Gmail accounts then you get access on all your Gmail inbox by simply logging into your primary Gmail account.check how you will be able to do it.

First sign-in one of your Secondary Gmail accounts and go to Mail settings > Accounts > Grant Access to your account.Choose "Add Another Account" and specify your Primary Gmail account here. Now Accept the request and repeat this step with all your Secondary Gmail accounts.

That's It.You done it now if you want to see your secondary mailboxes then sign-in to your primary gmail account and you get access to all your gmail accounts.Check your secondary inbox simply by "Switch Account" option in the top-lef corner of your Gmail window where your email name is situated. There's no need to waste your time in logging into your all accounts one by one.

This delegation option is only limited to Gmail so while you can check your gmail accounts with other accounts, where you have to sign-in differently for using Google Docs, Calenders and etc.

This Email delegation multiple sign-in feature is also allows you to check your Gmail accounts from Google Apps account, delegation will only let you share your mailbox with accounts withing the same organization (i.e: email with the same domain name).
